  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Securely pack the equipment in its original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
